Access-Salud is a business process outsourcing company specialized in virtual

assistance for companies in the health area. We manage the tasks that demand time,

money, and personnel from medical practices on their behalf so they can focus those

resources on their actual craft.


Objectives of the position:

Be part of the Data Analysis team in the efforts related to the collection, depuration and

interpretation of data for the presentation of useful information in the decision making of

the company and its clients.


Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update databases.

· Collect data from different sources.

· Develop and maintain dashboards for the measurement of internal processes and

those of our clients.

· Interpret data and analyze results.

· Prioritize information needs based on organizational requirements.

· Detect and present opportunities for process improvement.


Requirements:

· Education: Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences,

Economics or related field

· One year of experience.

· Be resident in Santo Domingo (essential)


Essential knowledge and skills:

· Advanced English

· Advanced Excel

· Dashboard design


· Analysis of data

· Mathematics and statistics

· Methodical and logical approach

· Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Knime (desirable)
