 Employee Relations & Labor Relations Supervisor


Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment,
talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others.

Requirements
· 4+ years employee relations experience including 1+ years of leadership experience
· Solid conflict management and leadership skills
· English proficiency: Advance
· BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
· Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration.
· Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
· Excellent communications skills
· Ability to work in a high pace environment while fostering a positive environment is a must
· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
