Recruitment Analyst
Will be responsible of overseeing the talent sourcing, interviewing, hiring procedures and will be responsible but not limited to:
• Creatively and strategically supports the recruitment process by creating means of multiple platforms such as face-to-face, social media, and job boards. Interviewing candidates and building a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
• Design and implement a recruiting plan for screening candidates to establish a qualified hiring pool. Screening involves conducting or obtaining background checks and verifications of employee eligibility, interviewing candidate, and verifying employability.
• Manage and update the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Requirements
Requirements
• Education: Completion, or pursuit, of a degree in Administration, Psychology (Industrial o Clinical) and courses o certification field related to Recruitment.
• Work experience: Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience as recruiter.
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, quantitative, logic and reasoning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as meet deadlines.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Proven skills in database management and record keeping.
• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Very good ability to communicate in both Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
