 POSITION: Customer Service Agent

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Customer Service by making and confirming appointments.
Handle Inbound/Outbound customer calls for general customer service questions with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage customer information in MIcrosoft Office
Follow company communication guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the appropriate methods/tools provided by the company
REQUIREMENTS:
High school or Bachelor’s Diploma
Dominican Documents or Work Permit
English Level C1 or above (Written and Spoken)
Ability to work On-site (Pyhex Offices Santo Domingo)
Results Oriented, Proactive with analytical integrity
Ability to work individually and as a team
1-Year Customer Service Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Schedules - (10am to 8:00pm) , (11am to 9:00pm) (12:00pm to 10:00pm) (1:00pm to 11:00pm)
