 MARKETING AND SALES POSITION (REAL ESTATE) IN PUNTA CANA

 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Sales representative to join our team in Punta Cana.

As Marketing and Sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with key real estate agents and brokers for the benefit of Probitas Development Group and its ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure the sale of the units.

Responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:

- Contact real estate agents and develop relationships for the benefit of the projects, including top to top engagement

- Introduce the project

- Manage the marketing for the company and the project

- Supervise and control commercial activities

- Supervise the real estate agents and their sales closures

- Analyze the competition: promotions, sales strategies and development of commercial strategies

- Developing multi-level relationships, including top to top engagement

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 5 years' experience in a marketing and sales environment

- Understands accountancy related issues. Finance background would be an advantage

- Has knowledge of sales, business development frameworks, processes and techniques

- Excellent communicator with first-class presentation skills, both written and oral, in English

- Has excellent and demonstrable interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
