                                                       We are looking for 
bilingual candidates

Requirements:

•       Customer Service Oriented
•       Must have a Cedula
•       Schedule availability to work 8 hours per day

Schedule:
•       Customer Service: 8 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday (we have different schedules 
available within those hours)
•       Weekend OFF

What we offer:

•       Hourly Rate: 160 DOP
•       Incentives: 80 DOP based on Quality, Schedule Adherence, AHT, and 
Production Hours
•       Quarterly bonus for ALL agents, paid based on business performance and 
individual hours.
•       Lunch subsidy for ALL
•       Door-to-Door transportation for all agents whose shifts finish after 9 pm 
local time.
•       Weekly pay cycle for salary.
