IT Service Desk Analyst 👨🏻‍💻👩🏽‍💻

In this opportunity you will be answering the phone, logging and managing IT support requests remotely for our clients of different companies in the US.

Earn from 175 DOP P/H up to 200 DOP P/H

Perfect attendance bonus $1,500 DOP biweekly

Different schedules are available including graveyard

• Requirement:

Student of Computer science/ student of system engineer

Advanced English

Dominican ID is a must

Experience as IT Tier 1 Support / Tier 1 Help Desk 

Customer Service abilities

Open schedule is a must
