Senior Scrum Master (Remote)- Santo Domingo

● First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP) and broad understanding of agile
methods including Kanban, Lean, Theory of Constraints, etc.
● 3+ years of experience performing the Scrum Master/ Agile Coach role for a software
development team that was diligently applying Scrum or Kanban principles, practices, and theory.
● Experience developing lower performing or newly formed teams to a high level of self-sufficiency.
● Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
● A natural facilitator and communicator.
● Quick at distilling the crux of a problem and determining a path to resolution.
● Great at seeing and creating the right workflows that affect people and systems.
● An advocate of the Agile Mindset
● BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or equivalent preferred
