Production Manager

 We are currently looking for a :

Production Manager

Plan and monitor all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of team resources and meet the established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
·      Monitor budget utilization. 
·      Sustain development of cost-savings plan. Lead improvement action plan for department. 
·      Supervise and monitor production process and solve key production issues. 
·      Audit and validate reports on manpower productivity improvement in both hours and dollars. 
·      Monitor implementation of quality policies in production. 
·      Ensure equipments meet operation requirements. 
·      Monitor implementation of production safety policy in production. 
·      Lead and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging.   
Knowledge and skills:
·      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial engineering or similar.
·      Familiar with manufacturing and assembly of plastic products
·      Lean, waste reduction and Kaizen concepts
·      Quality management system
·      Problem solving tools (statistical, logical and heuristic) and techniques
·      Computer literacy
·      Inter-personal and relationship building skills
·      Plan, organize, delegate and evaluate skills
·      5S.
·      4M analysis process (Man, Machine, Methods, Material).
·      8D approach (8 disciplines for problem solving).
·      Good command of English Language.
