CALL CENTER SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER!!!

The role will lead the work and credentialing deliverables for multiple new business implementations and expansions within the organization.

The Senior Project Manager is/will:
Manage the relationships between the Client, the client services manager and the operations manager.
Lead/manage all aspects of a project and or program
such as planning, coordination, development,
implementation while prioritizing work, resources, and
time
Tracks progress of the implementation plan through
weekly update calls and action log maintenance
Responsible for coordinating the development of
reporting deliverables across the program and other
internal reporting teams
Responsible for gathering detailed requirements
Works collaboratively with network staff (local and
regional) in issue/problem identification and resolution
Conducts “lessons learned” and feedback meetings
post-implementation to improve processes for the future
May serve as a Subject Matter Expert
