DESCRIPTION: Authority Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dominican Republic. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and updating job descriptions in cooperation with Hiring Managers
- Overseeing and maintaining advertisement of job openings on different platforms
- Working with TA department in implementing strategic initiatives for global talent acquisition
- Conducting candidate interviews for all-level positions within different career paths in IT
- Working on different hiring models for Clients (direct hire, contract-to-hire, vendor, team augmentation, etc.)
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance according to company’s strategic goals
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate acquisition
- Maintaining regular contact with possible future candidates
- Assisting Team members in tracking key recruiting metrics by ensuring accuracy of data (using applicant tracking system)
- Keeping track of latest hiring trends and applying talent acquisition best practices
- Networking and maintaining relationships, through industry contacts and identifying talents on specific locations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in talent acquisition in IT industry
- Experience in acquiring talents within different career paths in IT industry (SD, QA, Management roles. etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in dynamic working environment
- Excellent organization and prioritization of tasks
- Proactivity to get things done within set deadlines
- Ownership and commitment to dedicated tasks
- Cooperative mindset developed in geographically disperse teams
- Experience in building and maintaining strong networks
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
