Business Administration Professional or related.
3 years of experience in similar positions in BPO (is a must).
Cultivate and manage the business relationship with the client, ROI and results.
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and obligations.
Analysis of income, costs, expenses and program bonuses assigned to client portfolio.
Preparation of operational and performance reports.
Availability to travel.
Must be immediately available to start.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasker, results oriented, problem solver with high emotional intelligence.
