Location: Santo Domingo, DR.

Bachelor degree in any administrative area.
3 years experience in similar positions in BPO (is a must).
Responsible for hiring and training agents for voice and non-voice bpo clients/Lobs.
Demonstrated creating training models/programs in a diverse environment.
Design training material and coordinate training sessions.
Manage the training calendar to meet business and client needs.
Supports transition and implementation of new projects.
Drive and facilitate performance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations to drive ongoing performance improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasker, results oriented, problem solver with high emotional intelligence.
