Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related area. Master's degree desirable.
5 years of experience in similar positions in the call center or health sector preferable.
Strategic planning of the customer service call center unit.
Follow up on the daily operation of customer service and complaint resolution.
Management of budgets and performance indicators (KPI's).
Implementation of continuous improvement for the customer experience.
Management of process and service automation.
Multi-functional team management and team leader training.
Periodic presentations and reports for headquarters.
Advanced English skills mandatory.
Leadership, results orientation, self-direction, teamwork, planning, service and quality orientation, analysis skills and emotional intelligence.
