+3 years of experience in a similar position in BPO (it is mandatory).
Supervision of people and monitoring of daily operations.
Preparation of operational and performance reports for client / campaign.
WFM forecasting, data analysis and development of action plans.
Management of financial management and budgets.
People management and customer business relationships.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasker, results oriented, problem solver with high emotional intelligence.
