Superintendent, Product Sustain

Required Skills and Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferably in industrial engineering or in related field.

·         Master in Projects Management (Preferred).

·         At least 3 years of experience in NPD/NPI and Process, in a medical devices company.

·          Knowledge about the medical devices regulations.

·         Bilingual (Spanish and English).

·         Projects management skills.

·         Ability to effectively lead, supervise and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve project goals within tight time deadlines.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate.

·         Experience using statistical analysis programs.

·         Problem solving skills.
