We are looking for an IT Manager to support our facilities in Haina, San Cristobal. 

Technology Requirements: 

 IT Operations; desktop software

 Intermediate IT hardware/software knowledge

 LANs/Wiring/Switching/Servers at level 1 support level

 Customer service/User support

 IT Governance, policies and procedures intermediate knowledge

Printers (local and remote) understanding and support level 1

Good understanding of a manufacturing floor shop floor systems and processes

Good understanding of the manufacturing logistics process including ERP, EDI, barcoding, sequencing, etc.
