Funciones	Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. Needs strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns. They must listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and concerns in order to be able to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Requisitos	*High school diploma. *Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. *Comfortable using computers. *No experience needed. *Dominican cédula or work permit.
