Recruitment Coordinator The recruitment assistant help facilitate the hiring process, is in charge of calling all the candidates that are interested in working for our company and setting appointments for them come. This position makes short interviews over the phone to evaluate the candidates that we receive though social media, newspaper and ads in general. - Screen and evaluate candidates English level - Build and manage candidates’ database. - Perform data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database. Uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information. Requirements: - Pro-active personality. - Excellent soft skills. - Advance English level is a must. - Call center experience is a plus. - Pleasing voice tone. - Fast learner.
