SD ESTE- Seeking for: Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Management

Seeking for: Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Management in a Call Center enviroment with +300 employees at Santo Domingo Este.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will manage all the HR subsystems, including recruiting and selection, benefits administration, management of employee-focused policies, new employee onboarding, employee engagement and relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.

4 years of HR Management experience in similar position in a call center environment (is a must).

Fluent in English.

Immediate availability.

Current residence in Santo Domingo Este (preferable).
