Multinational Company is looking for an Import/Export Specialist

Bilingual representative to deliver exceptional service to customers on Greater Caribbean Markets, through the daily efficiently logistic coordination and execution, accomplishing company standards and policies, Local Government laws, and guarantee customer requirements are achieved as requested.

Functions and responsibilities

• Order Entry and Validation.
• Support S&OP and FRCST exercise.
• Requisition of Material and Customer Data maintenance.
• Stock confirmation.
• Additional Cost registration.
• Inventory Reception.
• Invoicing.
• Support S&OP exercise Between Sales and Planning, following up on demand variation and Forecast with customers and communicate accordingly to the sourcing, raising accordingly any risk or discrepancy.
