About the position:

As a Receptionist, you’ll receive, make and or transfer/route telephone calls and report them to the necessary stakeholder.
As the first point of contact of the company, you will receive and guide visitors, clients, contractors and employees with their different needs. 

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills (English and Spanish) 
• Proficiency in filing, communications, prioritizing and organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Competent in decision making and problem-solving 
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
