- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar field, with master degree in Management and Productivity (preferred).

- +5 years of experience managing all the operations of call center enviroment.

- Lead and motivate a team for + 300 collaborators, measure of KPI's, implement effectively great improvements and planning strategics to growth the company, ensuring the optimal operation of the call center.

- High domain or second language of English.
