Position: Customer Service Representative
Description:
- Reply to customer requests by telephone and e-mail
- Provide information about products and services
- Supervise orders and provide follow-up
- Manage customer accounts
- Handle customer returns and assistance
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) to be demonstrated in an interview
- Academic level: University Student
- Age: 18 to 35
- 1 year+ experience in call center environment
- Must live in Santo Domingo, DR.
Type of Job: Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:50am-6pm
Salary: To be determined at interview
Benefits: Determined by Dominican Law
