Human Resources Assistant 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Psychology. 

Experience 

Must have two years of experience in structured behavioral interviewing. 

Skills

 • Fluency in written and spoken English required. 

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office. 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
