Recruitment Analyst
We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst!
Description:
The ideal candidate demonstrates:
• Passion for candidate experience: constantly thinks about how to improve the experience for candidates.
• Creative thinking builds and drives innovative, productive sourcing strategies.
• Process orientation creates standardized recruiting processes at all points in the candidate life cycle to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Ability to Identify training and development needs within our organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources.
Requirements:
1+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Experience with the full recruitment cycle in a high-tech corporate environment.
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience and 1+ years of experience in training and/or human development.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
