Software Testing Engineer:

At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a QA Analyst or Manual Tester for web-based products.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Experience in cross browser and platform testing (Desktop and Tablet/Mobile on Windows/Mac and iOS/Android, respectively). 
Proficiency with browser debugging tools (e.g. Chrome Developer Tools) to augment defect reporting
Some experience with development and testing in an agile software process, using applications like JIRA.
Execute (and modify) test plans, using applications like TestRail, based on changing product requirements and specifications.
Comfortable working in a continuous deployment environment.
Able to identify gaps and suggest usability and functionality improvements to developers or product managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must speak fluent English/Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other QA members.
Assertive and able to work with minimal supervision.
College Degree - ICT related
